Shipping & Returns

We use standard ground shipping on orders across Canada. Your order can take up to a week to arrive, but often it's much quicker. Make sure you don't wait to the last minute to make you're filtration replacement order! We don't want you going a single day without the clean water you're used to.

We ship by UPS, who ensure prompt and reliable delivery across Canada.

Note that when placing your order with us, after you add all items to the shopping cart, you will be able to select your province to calculate your shipping costs. And remember, when your order exceeds $150, we pay the freight.

Below you will find our delivery prices based on the size of your order and your location. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your efilters order and service and we guarantee your satisfaction. The Everpure systems come with a five year warranty while the cartridges have a one year warranty. Purchase our products today risk-free.

If you wish to return your order within 30 days, you will receive a full product purchase refund only, less any shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees and taxes on those items that we incur on either the initial sale or the return shipment. The returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

If the product is defective, we will send a replacement out to you immediately. Please call or send an email (info@efilters.ca) describing the problem and provide the production code from the defective item (a small stamp on the label up near the top (ie. 2B3461). We may ask you to hold onto the defective item for one week in case the manufacturer wants it returned to them.

We will provide you with a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and details on shipping instructions.

Please include in your package:

- The item to be returned in its original condition
- Your name, address, and telephone number.  Better yet, please include the original packing slip.
- The RGA # (return authorization number) we provided you. Super helpful if you could write this number right on the shipping carton.
