Replacement Cartridge Kit - EV928201
This system has a dual cartridge design that boasts a larger filtering surface area and longer lifespan compared to a single cartridge system. With an exclusive Micro-Pure and a unique pleated filter membrane it offers the largest filtering surface area, longer filter life, and consistent performance.
The Pentair Everpure signature metal canister delivers commercial-grade durability to protect the system from splitting or bursting. Its food-grade polymer lining prevents water from contacting metal.
The H-1200 effectively reduces methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) and is certified to reduce up to 97.5% of PFOA/PFOS, commonly known as "forever chemicals." The H-1200 effectively reduces methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE). It also retain vital minerals found naturally in water to ensure the health and taste of your water.

The H1200 has been tested and certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF). This means that the claims that Everpure makes regarding performance and capacity have been tested and certified to be true. This provides you with peace of mind that what you are buying will deliver on its promise of quality.

There are two water filters to replace on an annual basis and they are sold as a set. Replace both of them at the same time.
We recommend changing these filters on an annual basis or when the flow rate becomes inconveniently slow. Our water quality is changing all the time. Even if you have your water tested, that is just a snapshot on that particular day, so don't be surprised if the frequency of cartridge change fluctuates from one year to the next; this is normal.
What matters most is knowing that regardless of the water quality going into the water filter, the quality coming out will always be the same. This is the promise that Everpure delivers on and that is why it is so important to only buy a water filter that is third party tested and certified by NSF. We use standard ground shipping on orders across Canada. Your order can take up to a week to arrive, but often it's much quicker. Make sure you don't wait to the last minute to make you're filtration replacement order! We don't want you going a single day without the clean water you're used to.
We ship by UPS, who ensure prompt and reliable delivery across Canada.
Note that when placing your order with us, after you add all items to the shopping cart, you will be able to select your province to calculate your shipping costs. And remember, when your order exceeds $150, we pay the freight.
Below you will find our delivery prices based on the size of your order and your location. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns
If you have made an ordering boo-boo, you have 60 minutes to cancel your order.
If you realize that you have ordered the wrong product, after receiving it, please connect with us within 30 days of your purchase. We will gladly make an exchange for you. We will provide you with a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and details for shipment to us. We will require you to return the original product in its original condition and packaging, freight prepaid.
If you would prefer a credit, after receiving the product to our facility and inspection, we will issue a product purchase refund, less any shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees and taxes on those items that we incur on either the initial sale or the return shipment. The returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
We will contact you with a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and details for shipment to us.
Please include in your package:
- The returned item(s) in their original condition and packaging
- Your Name, address and telephone number
- The RGA # return authorization number

Our Guarantee
Everpure Heads & Manifolds come with a five-year manufacturer’s warranty against factory defects; replacement cartridges have a one-year warranty.
Factory defects do not include short filter life or low water pressure issues. A leaking cartridge is considered to be a factory defect.
Please allow us a few days to submit your warranty claim to Everpure. All warranty claims require Everpure's approval.
If you have a warranty issue, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please describe the problem and provide the production code from the item (a small stamp on the label up near the top (i.e. 1A1213). If the product is determined to be defective, we will gladly send you a replacement right away, freight prepaid.
We may ask you to hold on to the product pending direction from Everpure (who may want it back for inspection). We will usually make this determination within 7 days. In the event that we would like the product back, we will provide you with shipping instructions, a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and we will cover the freight.
